No. Rudy has hundreds of witnesses from many different cities and hasn't released all the affidavits (just a tiny fraction of them). The same thing happened all across many cities and was coordinated.

This is how they do it. They paper is backfill, they change count electronically and then inject the paper so it can survive the inevitable recount. Then they have to keep the recount observers out because the paper is obviously faked (they just print them to get them in such large numbers). Then they need to shed the election records immediately even though that's illegal. That's the pattern you'll see.

I am surprised there hasnt been an effort to track and identify people involved in this via security camera footage on public and private property around the area these ballots were delivered. Additionally, with all the cell phone tracking and data collectiom and spying built into our lives it should be techincally pretty easy to identify people present, and those who arrived with ballots. If you didnt care about a warrant, the capability to put this together exists. Perhaps this amount of effort is too expensive and complicated to put together so quickly.
