I read a CNN opinion piece about this topic. They stated that if Trump wins a second term, it will embolden him to violate the Constitution and declare himself president for life. Apparently he's been patiently acting inside the bounds of the law for his whole life, but now showing he still has many supporters will finally cause his transformation into Mecha-Hitler, and democracy is doomed for the next... Let's be realistic here, 20 years?
Truthfully, with the true colors of those lifetime politicians on full display, I wouldn't be totally opposed to it. (Of course I would be opposed...maybe, probably)
Have you actually met any of these people? I work with a few. They think it will be terrible because the TV tells them it will be. The TV tells them that because their masters tell them to. What you mostly see is the bottom rung of the syncophants.
The libs at the top are upset because some of them will be going to Gitmo and the rest fired from their cushy positions of power and permanently disgraced. Useful idiot libs are upset because without a Dem in power, they won't get free stuff, from college to healthcare, climate change will destroy the earth, and also just "Orange Man Bad." An honest media, which will arise when the current media's CIA handlers are booted out, will stop the brainwashing, report the truth, and wake many of these people the hell up.
