My brother asked me before the 2016 and 2020 election if I thought Trump would win. Watching the crowd size of rallies in 2016 which I had never saw for any presidential candidate, I responded the same for both. If there isn’t massive voter fraud, he wins.

Recently he asked this . Did I think he can pull off undoing the theft of the election. My reply was if the rule of law still mattered, yes.

And therein lies the rub . Does the rule of law still matter? Do we have judges who have fidelity to the law above all other considerations? Or do we have a tribalistic injustice system where judges make decisions solely based on if one of the parties belongs to the same tribe as the judge.
