No surprise.

Politicians claiming in the media to care show their true character with policies.

Not in NC but another area with a proliferation of homelessness. What I hate is that it all traces back to the deep state:

Growing economic inequality = globalism and exporting jobs overseas.

Drug addicts = CIA running in fent from China and heroin from Afghanistan.

Prostitutes = women who were abused as girls either in their drug-addled families or in CPS.

Mentally unstable people who can't get meds = sky high drug prices thanks to Pharma lobbyists.

Vets = serving overseas to ensure ongoing profits deriving from oil wars and drug, weapon and human trafficking ops. Then discarded, especially if they develop addiction or mental health issues.

And the same politicians who dare call the citizens objecting to the consequences arising from homelessness (the junk, the lack of safety at night, the crime), are the same ones who get to hide in their gated communities. They do nothing to tackle the problem. In my city, they spent god knows how much money for their roundtable meetings in which they declared that it was insensitive to call people "homeless," but rather, the appropriate language was "people experiencing homelessness." It's all disgusting.

Many are drug addicts before becoming homeless. Homelessness is the way drug addicts survive another day before dying in the streets like a filthy animal.

You should help them out if you have the money. Find a couple or three and buy them bus tickets to Los Angelas. Give em a picnic basket too, for the trip.
