I'd gladly trade every medical worker in the country for an equal number of garbage collectors and sewage workers. Those "Heroes work here" signs in front of every medical facility in the country should be taken across town to the municipal dumps, recycling centers, and sewage treatment plants. Those dudes have done more to keep the citizenry healthy than the snug medical personnel.
