The reason for this is biological. White women actually (despite stereotypes) have wider hips and therefore fewer complications in childbirth. Many more black children are born premature because of this issue. Their bodies cannot birth a giant headed 9month baby. This is considered a “worse” outcome. It’s all clown bullshit and has nothing to do with racism.
