Effective today, the United States is no longer a party to the Open Skies Treaty: Signed March 24, 1992, the Open Skies Treaty permits each state-party to conduct short-notice, unarmed, reconnaissance flights over the others' entire territories to collect data on military forces and activities. I can only imagine.. My digital camera was only 1.3MP then.. We have phones with 20+ as a side gimmick now
