While that is wishful thinking....I remain skeptical. The military and intelligence agencies are compartmentalized which means whoever is calling the shots/putting the pieces in play....they are able to remain unseen and unaccountable in a sea of "classified" bureaucracy. A bureaucracy which is full of unwitting helpers who are just doing tasks set before them. This is the industrial complex that Eisenhower warned about.

You think that the Utah data Collection Center obeys the fourth amendment? What? People, the entire purpose of the regulatory agency the ATF is to infringe on the second amendment. Know your history.
