I don't believe any precincts had 300% voting rates. I've seen 101% rates reported. Why not use the real stats? Made up statistics even in memes hurt us. Protect our credibility, pedes.

I had relied on Sidney Powell's flawed claim, which confused MN with MI. In MI, it looks like they pegged a series of precincts with ~ 100% rates, not so much the 300% rate claimed by a consultant. I will leave this up for a bit so this response will be visible and then delete/revise.
