I've a feeling they won't. Assuming the legislatures were ready to name their own Electors, or that they just need a push, it would be very clever of the SCOTUS to declare that clearly the election was stolen but that that is a political issue with political solutions only.
The time for judicial solutions was right before the election. Now it's political. Not that I get a choice of how this should be resolved, but my preference order is: 1) the legislatures step in and do the right thing, 2) the President invokes the Insurrection Act and calls out the militia, 3) the SCOTUS rules on our favor, 4) Biden/Harris inaugurated, destroy the economy, cause an uprising.
