One thing that I dont quite understand is this. If the software had weighted votes or injected votes wouldnt a hand count pick up on that.

There were no outside observers for the recount, so how can we trust the hand count if it can't be verified?
from what i gathered from rudy, they did the recount, and didnt let the rebup observers/canvassers in again, so they just pulled most of the same bullshit again
Also if they use the same machines, it can just spit out the same numbers. Veritas reported one person calling Biden when looking at Trump ballots three times in a row. If that is wide spread...
I am sure this evil has matured their election stealing process so they had to know a recount would be done and so forth and they have taken counter measures against it.
