This is what I do. I have street addressing on my PO Box, and I list it as the post office address #17. I'm registered to vote at my PO Box. Am I not allowed to do that?
Yea I think this is probably not unusual. Don't know what the law is and it probably varies by state. I would think they need to know your physical address as well to determine which district you live in and therefore which races you can vote on. But I would think you could also list a mailing address if you don't get mail at home, and if you can't I imagine lots of people don't realize it and use the PO Box anyway. Would likely only be a problem if you were using the PO Box to cheat on residency requirements.
