Slashing tyres is actually way harder than people think. They’re pretty strong and durable so driving a blade in is hard work. The easy way is to use shears and snip off the valve. Fucks the whole tyre.
I saw a video of someone who stabbed a semi truck's tire, and he found out real quick that the tire pressure on those are far beyond a normal car's PSI. He was tossed a few feet into concrete steps, his shirt ripped to shreds. Not sure if he died.
