I think it's a play on the "okay boomer" meme. People who spend all day watching porn and wacking off are termed "coomers". Apparently because some British people pronounce "come" as "coom".
It's more closely related to the "XX year-old Boomer/Zoomer" memes that came out a few years ago. People eventually started making spin-offs involving Xoomers, Oomers, Toomers, Doomers, Coomers, etc.
