No, WE aren't. BRCC has.
Not to a large degree, what is making it worse is how it snowballed and now thousands on Twitter are arguing and attacking each other over BRCC. Simply denounce and move on is the best strategy. But I'm seeing people get into heated back and forth arguments over it and drawing more and more people in.
Hold up a minute, pard. Distraction from what? The election is now 100% in the hands of Team Trump and the Supreme Court. We're just observers. This coffee brewhaha is just a discussion about the stupidity of one company, a small company at that. It's really not a big deal in the scheme of things. It'll be forgotten within a week.
I'm with you on that, but I'm less concerned about BRCC (I never bought from them anyway), than I am about the new accounts trying to sell me this other, even MORE true conservative coffee.
Promotions are a deportable offense, after all, and I don't see the difference between a company stirring up controversy and slapping a right wing label on their product and a company stirring up controversy and slapping a rainbow on their product for pride week.
We laugh at the alphabet people for falling for the corporatist sales scam every year. I'm not interested in letting them do the same thing to me.
Business is business, and opportunities are opportunities. I see what's going on here too, but it is what it is. Coffee business is cutthroat even in the best of times. The consumer will decide.

Same, but it's also not a place to shill for your coffee company. It seems like somewhere in mid afternoon accounts started crossing the line from "Screw BRCC" to "Screw BRCC, that's why I drink fresh, delicious Stocking MILLS!"
Honestly, I just wanted to know whether I should start hitting the deport button on these accounts for breaking the "No self promotion" rule, or if I'm just reading too much into it.
