Dominion can print ballots anywhere on any color laser printer. You really don't need to even fiddle with the convenient electronic shit when you can use any businesses machines to mass print ballots. There is one thing that's overlooked in color laser printers, just like desktop inkjets. Nobody talks about it but EVERY single color printer hides in plain site, its serial number. It does this on every page it prints. You can take any color print from any printer to its MFG and it will give you its serial number. They've done this for a very long time. Just like why scanners won't scan new currency. This is hard coded into the machines. No, it doesn't print its actual serial number, but it embeds pixels in every image. Think of it as a QR code.
