gotta adjust for the total population

and you can probably just do deaths-per-week for each year

once you do that you get a pretty accurate comparison with prior years

Don't give the media any ideas. They'll jack those numbers right up by the end of the year

I would appreciate it if you would provide the source for these figures.

here you go

https://data.cdc.gov/NCHS/Weekly-Counts-of-Deaths-by-State-and-Select-Causes/muzy-jte6

i analyze the numbers every now and then... the op is wrong. the daily death rate is up about 7% 2019 vs 2020 (few minutes in excel can confirm this)

about 40% of the excess deaths come from NY and NJ. the increased deaths this year aren't because of the fake pandemic, it's because of murder. cuomo, murphy, and others, are mass murderers who need to be executed.

I haven't been able to find these for months. They kept getting harder to find and now they're gone

https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/COVID19/
2,533,214 deaths this year as of Nov 20.

https://www.macrotrends.net/countries/USA/united-states/death-rate
2018 - 8.685 deaths per 1000
2019 - 8.782 deaths per 1000, a 1.12% increase 2020 - (without covid) expected 8.88 /1000 deaths, 1.12% increase (does this account for 366 day year? Idk)

https://www.macrotrends.net/countries/USA/united-states/population
2019 population - 329,064,917
2020 population - 331,002,651

This year is a leap year, 366 days. Nov. 20 had 43 days left in the year.

That is, in 323 days we had 2,533,214 actual deaths.

At a death rate of 8.88/1000 per year, assuming deaths occur equally in the year and do not spike in December, we should have expected...

331,002,651 * (8.88/1000) * (323/366) =
2,593,975 expected deaths by Nov. 20.

We have less deaths than we would have expected even without a "deadly pandemic".

The current death rate this year is actually...
2,533,214/331,002,651 * (366/323) * 1000 =
8.672 actual deaths per 1000 this year.

This is lower than 2018 death rates (which have been increasing every year).

I did this on my phones calculator, so someone should double check me with excel.

So the pandemic is complete BS if the CDC's current death total is accurate, and it isn't normal to see massive death spikes in the last month or so.
