We need 50 class action lawsuits — one for each state — and we need them NOW!

Edit: I’m punchy. I know there are states that are actually sane (Florida, South Dakota, Texas) and probably wouldn’t apply here.. but, y’know, let’s go after all of the cucked ones for destroying our collective economies, livelihoods, and blatantly violating our constitutional rights.

Governors have lost against the courts (Whitmer and Newsom), yet they still are allowed to impose more rules (Cali has curfew now).

The courts are impotent, sadly.

That is why you have to keep using the courts. It is the cumulative victories that matter which also helps control the narrative.

True, I like the idea behind the legal system, however if the governor breaks the court order he needs to be arrested. Court ruling against us is strictly enforced, if we don't see the same for the politicians, then the system doesn't work.

If a politician is proven breaking the constitution not only he is automatically removed from office, he/she would not be allowed to run for public office ever again. (honestly old school treason punishment would be better, but let's be realistic)

Court system is a very slow moving process. But necessary for the long game. For example Alito's orders were ignored which was 2 weeks ago.

That may quickly be forgotten by most but that is a huge quiver to have in hand for the upcoming fight in the Supreme Court.

Normally the Supreme Court would punt again and again when it comes to deciding an election. But ignoring the Supreme Court and seeing cumulative cases all over would sway them to act.

Many of the Texas mandates have zero legal basis, and were finely crafted to avoid citizens having standing(by saying that police may not enforce them and such).

My county sued Cuomo. Him and Howard Zucker the kiddie fucker have court on 12/1

Interesting maybe we should start at the local and state level? Fortunately us Floridians are in the "freedom zone". But what can we do to help our neighbors and other Patriotic Americans?

WhiteTrashJesus 1 point ago +2 / -1

To clarify it's the people of my county. Not the county gov't. Tina40 posted about it but I couldn't get info how to get involved or donate. It seems like businesses are banding together and filing lawsuits. IDT there is anything you can do other than spread info and support GEOTUS in general. Making commies ashamed helps too. Also if you know anyone from NY or another lockdown state who comes there and is a hypocrite about it call them out. The only people who I know who have been going to Florida are pro-covid hoax

That is a good point. We have to pushback with the disinformation campaign with lockdowns, curfews, and having to carry around papers.

Also I feel that with Florida if enough time passes that might redpill other normies in other states.

Florida right now is business as usual and nothing out of the ordinary that I have seen.

It really should be the other way around, and I'm pretty sure it was intended to be when everything was created back in the day

The burden of proof should be on them before they are even able to enact restrictions

It's better to use them for Constitutional violations. Then, the precedents will shape policy nation-wide.

Well either way, it's getting ABOUT TIME.

By starting to make a lot of noise first.

I am reading a lot of pushback of these mandates is happening with local sherrifs so supporting them is one way. Another is to look at your local and county setup to see how they are handling these mandates handed down from CA gov.

Writting op eds in local papers is probably another idea.

Call corporate immediately. Not sure why people call this a leftist tactic when we are customers in these establishments as well.

If corporate gives you the run around then you call your local officials. And then still start seeing if you can start legal action.

It is just a test to see if we will allow them to take away our God given rights from innocent people.

2
MAGALogic 2 points ago +2 / -0

This a fitness test the commies are using to see how much they can push. Don't let them think it will be easy.

2
Mooma 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's long overdue. If citizens don't have enough courage to fight in court for the right to earn a living, then all our freedoms aren't worth the paper they are written on.

How the fuck are these emergency laws that grant unlimited power to these stupid governors on the books anyway? They need to be straight up abolished.

But we already know why. It’s so they can “build back better”...

Build back better is the global homo mantra. Look at Justin treadu. Boris Johnson. Just look around the globe. That was not Biden’s work. It’s global homo great reset malarkey. Cum on man

Build Back Better is a UN slogan, no joke. They are not even hiding what they intend to do...

Below 0.1% even. Probably lower than that now that we're finding out tons of people had it and were non-symptomatic.

Cuck Jim justice has a mask mandate with fines now. What if I get a fine and don’t pay it? Can I fight the constitutionality of it then?
