Call it premature, but what if the idea is that Sidney can go forward with her civil suit so that when it fails/succeeds the Trump team can immediately go for the criminal court suits. Having one party handle both suits would make a case for frivolous suit claims but if they are separate entities they can both go at it. Waiting for the first case to go through also sets precedent for admission of evidence.
