Personally I think the deep state outright own the FBI, CIA etc to such a degree that there's almost nothing anyone could do, regardless of who you have in there. The rot is so deep and systemic that you'd almost have to wholesale have to go in and seize offices and take agents into custody for vetting.
But who do you get to do that when they are all corrupt? You'd have to form a new org like the Untouchables with only people you trust.

New AG should ask for DOJ org chart and fire and replace ALL heads of sub-departments and their deputies as this are mainly where the justice slow walk take place.

Take for example head of election fraud department at DOJ just outed himself as deep state operative by resigning after Barr designate district attorneys the power to prosecute voter fraud.
