Exactly. Being a part of the legal effort is NOT the same as representing someone. Lin Wood also does not represent Trump or the campaign - by he is a big part of his legal effort.

She has her own legal team and quite a bit of autonomy over her team from what I've heard. I don't think Joe DiGenova is apart of the official team either. Trump has dozens of lawyers helping him that are not part of the official team. When it to court filings for specific cases, it matters who actually files those cases.
It was a clarification she isn't being paid.
Not being paid means you aren't an "employee"
