Trump was referring to her as part of their legal team not so long ago in tweets. Pretty sure vast majority of pedes here thought she was representing Trump Campaign.
This clarification has nothing to do with displeasure. It is to free her up to continue to clean dominions clock in the media with zero blow back on Trump or his official team.
She is pro bono and autonomous to the team. She is a very valuable and appreciated asset to the team as a consultant.

Which was a strange move on same day that news is coming out that said Governor is proposing another audit in Georgia. Not sure what she was trying to achieve, but likely was not a helpful statement to Trump campaign due to timing.
If Trump could replace Barr with someone competent he would have done that long ago. Inaction on laptop was obscene dereliction of duty.
I think Republic Senate won't play ball on that move because they are not in Trump's corner as much as we thought when they put through the SCOTUS appointment.
