Saying that she's "no longer part of Trump's legal team" is a false statement. Sidney was never part of Trump's legal staff, so she wasn't fired, terminated, let go, nor asked to leave.
Powell was never apart of Trump's legal team. She is working for free.
She started her efforts separate from the campaign. I am not sure if they formally joined.

To me this isn't surprising. Trump's official legal team is making a constitutional argument for why the vote can't be certified.
Sidney Powell is approaching this from a criminal standpoint. Criminally it will take years, the Trump Team doesn't have that kind of time.
