Again I don't think powell is a liar I do however think she is operating on information that is not likely to yield desired results. To be blunt her accusations sounds like Qanon, durham/Barr and Wray propaganda. They all sound nice and unifying but they just don't pan out. Now maybe there is something there with dominion but we don't have the time to fully flesh it out, we are on a clock and we need to make every second count. Trump prolly sees this and decides to focus on the signatures and the election law violations. Those two issues I think Trump can win and that I think is what we should be pushing towards.
