Yes. They stay cool and lofted for the whole night. I even take one with me on trips now, because they make that much of a difference. (Though I haven't really gone anywhere in 2020 since business travel was frozen and I skipped vacation due to our usual destinations having stupid mandates.)

It should be. I have a two year old, and the medium fill is slightly too much for her yet, but the travel one is just right for now.
