In the grand scheme it would be a BIG MISTAKE to keep Sydney on the Trump legal team given the scope of her lawsuit. It would just make a mess out of the CIVIL lawsuits Trump is trying to focus on.
This seperation gives Sidney a lot more flexibility, and also IMPACT by having it be WE THE PISSED OF PEOPLE vs DOMINION instead of President Trump.
