Its mainly because what the Trump Legal Team is going for is a constitutional argument. That case can be made before the states certify their elections.

What Sidney is out to do is expose the whole fucking system. That will take months. We just need to get Trump over the finish line so we can pursue the fraud angle.

For both to work, they must work "separately". This isnt a maneuver to throw Sidney under the bus. This is to expedite the process and get the case to SCOTUS.

Allow me to clarify...

A week ago Sydney Powell was NOT Trump's attorney.

Yesterday she was still NOT Trump's attorney.

Tomorrow she will still not be Trump's attorney.

The statement appears to serve the purpose of reminding people that Powell is NOT... I repeat... is NOT Trump's attorney.

Wonder why Trump stated she was working for his legal team then?

@realDonaldTrump I look forward to Mayor Giuliani spearheading the legal effort to defend OUR RIGHT to FREE and FAIR ELECTIONS! Rudy Giuliani, Joseph diGenova, Victoria Toensing, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis, a truly great team, added to our other wonderful lawyers and representatives!

Being paid or not is insignificant. Attorneys can represent a client pro bono, and they are still formally representing the client. Or they can be paid millions of dollars for their work, and still not be formally representing the client. There's a lot of legal baggage that goes along with an attorney formally representing a client. It was necessary to clarify publicly that Powell is not formally representing President Trump or his campaign organization in any legal matter.

It's Trump's strategy. She's still on our side just working independently from what I hear.

She is not Trump's attorney and is acting on her own.

She was never a direct employee of President Trump or the Trump Campaign. she was "on the team" in the sense of being on our side and working towards the same goals.

There are multiple distinct legal battles being carried out in the name of multiple entities.

Based on the abruptness, it was a quick decision and they obviously wanted to distance themselves from her for some reason.

Supposedly Sidney posted something on Twitter that she got banned for and the statement happened quickly after.

Also she was working under Trump previously:

@realDonaldTrump I look forward to Mayor Giuliani spearheading the legal effort to defend OUR RIGHT to FREE and FAIR ELECTIONS! Rudy Giuliani, Joseph diGenova, Victoria Toensing, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis, a truly great team, added to our other wonderful lawyers and representatives!

He said "spearheading," that doesn't mean she is necessarily apart of the legal team per the courts. They can work independently and still be helping back them.

Faggot, newfag (newbie), eurofag (person living in Europe) are mostly used in a friendly manner around here, often to describe oneself (ex. "I'm a newfag 'round here so let me ask...").

You're new here. Name-calling (especially that one) is accepted practice. Other than that, the comment was unnecessarily rude.
