Isn't this the guy who was 'liking' tweets that made fun of Kyle?

And isn't using veterans as a prop for your marketing going against your first statement that you don't want to take even $1 if it's a profit from a tragedy? How is using veterans as a cardboard cutout and bragging about the money you've given them any better than profiting from Kyle who just happened to be wearing your shirt when someone took his picture?

You didn't say "Hey guys just to be clear, that promo code isn't associated to Kyle, although we hope for the best outcome for his situation", you freaked the fuck out and turned your back on a patriot who clearly used his 2nd amendment (which you claim to support) the way it was intended to be used.

I don't trust you as far as I could throw you.

Who is he trying to apologize to here? The people giving him shit for supposedly supporting Rittenhouse? Or the people who actually buy his product and are about to no longer buy his product? What the fuck do veterans have to do with this? You fucked up by throwing Rittenhouse under the bus for exercising his constitutional rights. Not that it would have made it any better, but he could have said, “just because the kid is wearing our shirt, doesn’t mean we are sponsoring him get fucked!“ and let it go. He is about to find out how many people on the left will buy his product. He should plan on at least a 90% drop in sales next year.

Whether you like it or not the country is divided. Better know what side you're on.

Probably that veteran owned American company that cares about its reputation and its image. Just a guess.

Another "Pro Patriot Pro Constitution" company pandering to the Right... until they have to put their money & support where the mouth is! TIME TO VET ALL OF THESE COMPANIES/MEDIA WITH A TEST OF THEIR LOYALTY BEFORE WE BLINDLY SUPPORT THEM.

The real question is : how is BR coffee compare to Starbucks, DD and McCafe? Is the coffee better?

Personally, I will still buy their product over something like Starbucks. However, for a company that is so Pro-2A they really should have made a point of saying they support an individuals right to bear arms and their right to defend themselves. If they would have done that they could have stood strong, but instead they came off as a whimpering dog running away with its tail between their legs...

Pick a side, BRC.

The way you and other people on this board are demanding this business pick a side is honestly disgusting. You have no stake in this business, you have no loans, you have no debt. This is a business, who works to pay their employees and feed their families. You have zero risk, they hold all of the risk. It's not your business to run, and a business does not need to be a champion for anything in the political sphere.

You guys need to stop acting like Antifa with this shit, you are threatening to 'cancel' this company. Stop drilling EVERY event in history down to dividing one another and picking a side.

Sounds good dude, make sure you go to work Monday morning and send out an email to everyone in your company stating your open support of Kyle Rittenhouse and Donald Trump.

Go ahead and put yourself and everyone directly under you (giving you the benefit of the doubt here that you manage anyone or a team) at risk of unemployment because you're at war.

Keep sitting on that fence.

I've taken the side of "Everyone who threatens to cancel BRC over this is a fucking hypocrite." which is a pretty polarized side to take considering where we are.

My wife came up with a good one.

"They should change thier name to black slingshot company"

Anyone who abandons Kyle is not on our side. Anyone who thinks the election was legitimate is not on our side.

This guy also apparently donates to democrats. Traitor in the midst.

Starting to feel a lot like Antifa in here the way this board has discussed essentially cancelling BRC company over the past 12 hours. Imagine being so entitled you demand a business "pick a side".

This is a business with 500+ employees to keep paid. They probably have small business loans they are still working on paying off. You guys want them to needlessly throw their reputation into a political gauntlet... why?

As a business, why risk it? Why risk the mouths you feed with a stable paycheck? Why risk financial ruin and possibly a burned down house/business because the left doesn't like you?

My guess is these people are currently under heavy scrutiny from Antifa. During a time when they need support the most, the majority of this website is ready to pull the rug. You are allowing Antifa's tactics to work, they will destroy everything from the inside if you do this. This is Antifa shaking the foundation of this company, and the lot of you are scattering like rats when they need you most.

MichelesPenis 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not a political gauntlet. The Second Amendment.

3
ProfessorRomendev 3 points ago +3 / -0

I generally agree, but it's important to point out that the left will never like them, so it's better for them to not make the right mad. Remember that time canada banned them cause they had the name 'black rifle'?

Plus, every time a company bends the knee to the left, the left never comes out and supports them. The right is the only side that engages in buycotts.

Ah, bullshit. He put himself and his company in this mess. And it's not even a bunch of posts saying to boycott the company. It's a bunch of posts saying, "I'm never buying their coffee again." Big difference.

Why couldn’t they just keep their mouth shut to begin with? If the left wants to make a big deal about Kyle’s (who’s innocent until proven otherwise BTW) shirt, BRC should have just let them and took the free publicity. What’s next? Hanes is gonna disavow? Maybe the cotton industry should issue a preemptive statement? If I sold overpriced coffee with an AR on my logo I’d be careful not to shoot myself in the foot (pun intended) when it comes to an arguable case of self defense using said AR......

Evan, you need to fire your media team. Their mistakes forced you to have to do this video. Great video BTW.

While I personally disagree with the idea that killing commies is a 'tragedy' or 'ethically inappropriate', especially in self defense, I can see the base of where he's coming from.

'People died, it's a prick move to use that for marketing'. Makes sense to me.
