I'm my area I saw maybe 3 private Inslee sights and one large public sign. Culp had hundreds of private signs, even the big ones, and at least one billboard. I was shocked to see Culp get so few votes. A few weeks into the chaz/chop larp, he was questioned about it, claimed to have no idea! Then he brought apple maggots over to the orchards in eastern. I cannot reconcile his actions to the vote count.
