1. Win Election

This one is time-critical; it must go to SCOTUS. Only validated evidence now in hand: Mostly lost, stolen, invalid ballots, etc.; observer obstruction; procedural errors; and things of this nature. Relies on witness statements. Rudy and Trump Legal Team handle this. The biggest challenge is getting it absolutely right in days.

2. Prosecute Traitors

This will take a long time (years?). Maybe 100s of cases in dozens of courts. They will be built around the esoteric computer hardware and software evidence. Complex international issues, too. Named parties can sue, delay, etc. Sidney and Lin handle this. Biggest challenge is presenting it understandably to a jury.

Clearly, 1 and 2 must be legally separate and cannot be entangled because of meeting different challenges and timeframes.
