The intent of this thread is to gather quality information regarding PA 2020 election fuckery and present it in one place. I request anyone with knowledge of good STATS | DATA | ANALYSIS | NEWS on TDW or anywhere else regarding PA election fuckery to post it here. Anyone who is a stats or data nerd please give your input as to the quality of the material, or point out if something is incorrect.
ANALYSIS
Summary: TDW's u/EdwardSolomon discovers that Philly precincts update totals for certain periods of time in certain precincts fit certain ratios, and that those ratios then pop up in other precincts, apparently to avoid detection.
Summary: TDW's u/NotMyGovernor notices that voter turnout, by percentage, is much higher than republican turnout, even in republican dominated counties. In 20 or 25 PA counties, there is extraordinarily low registered republican turnout, sometimes as low as 12 or 13%, compared with 30%+ for registered democrat turnout.
⦁@GeorgeOnTheRight's (Tik tok kid) finding of quick turnaround ballots
Summary: GeorgeOnTheRight discovers thousands of ballots requested, filled out, mailed back, and submitted on the same day. He also finds thousands of votes made in this manner that are backdated.
Summary: Several "nationally recognized" statistical experts examine the 2020 voting records. Unanimously, they conclude: 1. There are major statistical aberrations in PA voting records; 2. The anomalies discovered almost exlclusively favor Biden votes; 3. Eleven out of Sixty-seven PA counties showed significant statistical abnormality, all favoring Biden; 4. The total # of suspicious votes is +/- 300,000 votes; 5. While the results don't directly prove fraud, they indicate that the reported results are unlikely to reflect how PA citizens voted. They recommend at least five (5) of the worst eleven (11) counties immediately be audited.

Summary: Biden's vote totals don't match an expected frequency distribution known as Benford's law. Fraud investigators use Benford's law to find anomalies in large datasets that tip them off to where fraud potentially occurred. Biden's vote totals apparently don't fit with Benford's law and feature an unusual peak. However, Trump's numbers don't match either, but the graph is shaped normally. Please see the general caveat above, as this method has received criticism.

⦁Chunking Algorithm Predicts a Vote Tally Run in Pennsylvania
Summary(From TDW's u/1engineer): The fundamental premise being considered is that the during the vote tally run beginning at 3:58 on 11/4/2020, the entire vote tally run in this dataset is a simulated vote run based on vote ratios from the previous update with chunks of votes of specific sizes being taken away from the president to reach a predetermined subtraction of approximately 977,540 votes. This Chunking Algorithm predicts a vote tally run in Pennsylvania. Most tallies are predicted exactly. This run begins at 3:58 AM on November 4, 2020.
⦁40,000 Mail-in ballots were cast in the name of deceased voters in PA
Summary: Online databases were used to identify people over 80 years of age with mail-in ballot status. Those names were then checked against online obituary services. To date, 40,000 mail-in ballots have been discovered that were cast in the name of deceased voters in PA.
⦁PA Dead Voters: 383 Deceased Records out of 3221 Voters Audited
Summary: TDW user u/PiratePatriot conducts a preliminary audit of 3221 Voters in PA records and finds 383 of them to be deceased (roughly 12%). His work continues with an automated script; anyone with specific counties of concern should let him know so he can focus his efforts.
⦁A Pennsylvania Election Count Anomaly - Reverse Engineering Vote Count Fraud
Summary: Vote tally updates for Joe Biden after election day (PA) seem to be in multiples of a common value (approx. 6,000). No such pattern is observed for Trump. Negative adjustments to vote totals during the same period almost exclusively affect Trump's vote tally.
