Flynn gives her the intel without Trump’s name attached so he doesn’t look like he’s against Georgia republicans. The President still needs the Georgia state legislature on his side for the delegate vote.

that’s precisely what’s going on. She most certainly has. She is treading in waters that the civil election team cannot be directly associated with.
