I think its necessary distancing so Sidney can take time in court or whatnot to really nail the deep state while the president's team can focus on the constitutional arguments (like PA votes after nov 3 need to be kicked out court can't make laws only legislation can ). If there is any slow rolling or whatnot it is specific to Sidney. The president's team is focused on arguing Constitutionality in front of the supreme court.
