Here's the reason: the Constitution was explicitly laid out with the intent to set the boundaries of our government. Most constitutions are laying out the framework for how the country in question will be run, but our Constitution was, from the beginning, very carefully designed so that the different pieces of the infrastructure would keep each other in check. It was also intended to be future-proof, hence the ability to add Amendments. It's a truly brilliant document and very carefully constructed to keep the wheels of society turning smoothly regardless of the era or technology available. This is why the leftist communist globalist demons want to tear it down and change it and treat it as a "living document" - the intention behind such is to weaken or strengthen one part of the government so that more leverage can be used to bypass the checks and balances therein.
And, actually, as a follow-up, let me mention something that bugs me - the Bill of Rights is not what gives us our rights. The Bill of Rights (the first 10 amendments) lays out inherent rights that all human beings have, and the amendments merely make it the government's RESPONSIBILITY to defend them. This philosophical angle is so often missed, and that's by design - if you trick people into thinking that you only have rights when a government explicitly tells you you do, it's way easier to establish tyranny. I was lucky enough to have a really good civics teacher in high school who explained this to me. The Constitution does not list out what you are allowed to do, it lays out what the government is OBLIGATED to do for you.

they could have well stolen WI via this mechanism but the problem is how to get enough votes thrown out in that case. find 20K social media profiles of people who claimed this status, where you can show they were not actually confined. it's just a huge task to take that approach
maybe there is some legal approach... there was significant fuckery by county clerks which in a "common sense" way should be enough to force WI not to certify... to me undoubtedly WI should not be certified due to this alone, there is already enough illegal guidance by the clerks and enough circumstantial evidence (ballooning numbers of people claiming the status, new voters claiming the status, plus isolated social media profiles showing abuse) to show that the 20k margin in WI is below the threshold for what could be illegal votes. should not be certified.. if they do maybe it can be challenged on this basis

Trump strategy I think is to put up just enough fight to make the Democrats cheat at the recounts. They think they've won, state certifies, media cheers.
Then he goes to the Supremes with 50,000 illegal votes in each state (hard proof and affidavits) and the Supremes have two choices: 1) allow the illegal votes and tell 70 million armed people democracy is dead or 2) declare the election invalid because the states recounted and did not find these egregious errors.
There won't be any time for anything else such as the states doing a pretend-fair audit ("we'll do it honest this time, trust us!") and so the state legislature will be forced to name a slate of electors and they are Republican controlled.
Trump would win even an honest recount let alone an audit, but these states are so corrupt the way he wins is not by flipping the results, but to show the Supremes just how corrupt they are.

I woke up Milwaukee came up with 30k+ more votes... all for now governor Evers and how it was election fraud then.
