Twitter has had a disproportionate role in radicalizing the left. They blue checked activists keep convincing themselves of more and more stupid things.
I’m fairly confident the fear that so many people have would not exist if it weren’t for Twitter and social media.
Well I remember the some of the 80s and all the 90’s. I remember the 90’s pc bs but it seemed to be more top down. With today’s SJW it seems to be coming from Twitter SJW types.
Growing up before the internet you could escape your past fuck ups. Now with social media there’s not so much room to start over. You say the wrong thing express the wrong opinion and your subject to the woke mobs 2 minutes of hate.
So many of the SJW types are craving attention and belonging and getting it online virtue signaling and suppressing wrong think.
What’s been very interesting is with all the information available people now are more inclined to trust “experts”. And when you have social media companies decide who experts are it makes it difficult to have a rational discussion with people about what is happening when they blindly believe experts.
On a slightly different topic it’s interesting to watch media figures and leftist who can’t understand free thought. Take for example Faux news and they’re calling shit for pedo Joe. Many of them can’t comprehend why we don’t just fall in line when the “experts” so many of us used to trust tell us something.
As for the rona bs some people right now are so consumed by fear they aren’t capable of rational thought. To many people have no experience with real risk and danger and have no idea how to live with a threat real or imagined. Good times have made soft people they know they are soft and they want someone to protect them.
I wish I knew more about how this will play out in the end. It easier to fool someone that to convince them they were fooled so how this “pandemic” bs ends I can’t quite say.
In some places Governors and mayors will push to far and get pushed back. In other places where people are more receptive to government control the people will demand more lock downs and more restrictions.
Unfortunately for now everything is up in the air till the fraud is dealt with. To many spineless people are in positions of power and are waiting to see how the election will pan out before they make any decisions.
In the mean time we can make best use of the time we have and do what we can to help and enjoy what we have. Go out have a good time and don’t worry about the haters and the loosers they can’t help that they were born fucked up.
The Covid response would have never happened like this back then. Deadly virus outbreaks were NEVER politicized like this. So sad how everyone is falling right into deep states hands.
