He didn't have a bypass he had a lap-band. But yes, he's still fat. He probably should have gotten the bypass.

Or he could try better eating choices. I was fat. I know how addictive unhealthy food is. It still comes down to choice. Learning about nutrition helps, real info not mainstream info.
