I am aware but the Dems think they won advancing the count to 46- hence the spoiler that 45 is 46.

Trump won so there wont be a change to 46. Thats the spoiler.

Its just a play on the numbers. The Dems think they won advancing the count to 46, but Trump really won so its 45 instead.

Hence 45 is 46... basically a psyche.
