I tried some of these in an AR pistol a few years back (when they were trying to ban these rounds for being cop killers) and they had a hell of a kick..
This was a pistol.. you might not notice the kick much on a rifle set into your shoulder but compared to a 9mm handgun this was a hell of a lot more of a kick.
Edit: I just tried to find a picture of what I tried.. its been a few years and I can't find an example online with a cursory look but there was no stock at all, stubby mag, stubby barrel, no foregrip but the guy was going to add one.

So yes the PEPE bullet is accurate.

An AR is one of the mildest rifles there is, to shoot. You can literally place the buttstock on your crotch and fire a full magazine with no problems.
F=ma is a universal equation. There is not enough (m) to make an .223 kick up much (F) at all.
