I won't be surprised if Powell is on the team, since she has been Flynn's lawyer for quite a while.
Lin though? I think he has been brought onboard, but as far as I know he doesn't hold any high level security clearances, much less a Q clearance. Sidney would almost have to have a Q clearance to properly defend Flynn.
