Just think logically about it. Why would Team Trump broadcast their super secret plan to Q followers when anybody can read it? Of course they wouldn’t because that would be stupid.
The real point of Q is not only to provide a back channel of information with no spin, but to also present it in a certain way where the enemy can't pick up on what exactly they are doing.
If Q really was a disinformation larp to keep people complacent, why is the media and big tech going all out in trying to smear and censor the movement? Just for a larp, right?
I'd never put any stock into Q, thought it to be wishful thinking and bedtime stories for the chans. It was always entirely harmless. Contrast that with pizzagate which was deeply fucking disturbing no matter how true or false, and really should not be followed by the faint of heart.
The media effort against Q, which should be as niche as Harry Potter fanfiction, is all by itself a validation of at least some of it. I don't know which parts, but to the media; thou dost protest too loudly.
Why wouldn't they throw Q and people who follow it into the mud? It's somewhere beyond vaguely to the right of the hard left wing of politics. It’s the uneducated who don’t because they have no option but to trust general consensus since they are incapable of the critical thought. When you delve into a specialized engineering/science you realize how fucking crazy the nature of the universe is and how we are all only simplifying everything into understandable and relatable terms.
Any Electrical Engineers understands that Tesla did not at all think of electricity in the same terms we do from our education, and it is an incredibly interesting and intimidating thought to know that our understanding only barely fits the reality.
