That is a pretty big LARP right there to conflate "cancelling BRCC" with "opening up another war front with USSR".
Of course, I do see your point, but your shilling too much for BRCC, you don't see it that is quite normal. Even the left has "infights" like this, if you even call it an infight, there is only a handful of you guys spending too much effort defending BRCC.
If you are in a big battle (like we are now), and you realize that your "ally" is not an ally at all, do you not call them out now or you just keep pretending they are an ally?
And it is not like BRCC is doing much for this movement, or is politically important not to discard. I can understand getting along with a RINO like Crenshaw or Graham in the meantime, but BRCC?
People in this site are tired of placing their trust on a particular people / company, only to get stabbed again. Of course, there is going to be backlash.
And if enough people make individual post about their disapproval of BRCC, then it would look like a collective cancellation.
Individuals will hear the news in a delayed fashion, and will make post about it even in 2 weeks time.
It is normal when you have freedom of speech and thought in the website. Stop trying to control what people think.

No, all I'm saying is wait for a more concise press statement from them as we don't know if this is an idiot on Twitter (for which they do damage control), or an actual corporate position. That said, my expectation with corporations is for them to do whatever makes them the most money, so I'm willing to forgive companies that do something dumb IMMEDIATELY reverse position after they realize they stuck their foot in their mouth.

If they side more with us than the other side I'm willing to overlook it until the election stuff settles as there are bigger problems and I'd rather have a net positive be working with us than against us.

Then maybe the problem is the naive people that put trust in corporations? The only thing you can trust a corporation to do is to figure out how to make money or die off.
Stop trying to control what people think.
Yes, because pointing out that behavior looks like cancel culture (especially when there's no way for something to be forgiven) is controlling people's thoughts. Way to strawman....
The problem is your definition of "cancel culture", and you imposing it on others who do not share the same definition as you.
Cancelling companies and public personalities has always been there way before the term "cancel culture" was invented. It was just more obvious due to introduction of social media.
You are conflating "cancelling a company" with "cancelling an individual citizen who needs to find a job/provide for his/her family". The latter is what the left does and is disgusting. The left also doxxes and harasses a person's loved ones.
You expect to win a boxing match without throwing a punch.

No... the problem with the BRCC reaction is there's a lot more people going "oh, since company X did something stupid, I guess I won't buy from them" when they never even bought from BRCC in the first place. That statement is (at worst) just pointless noise... and really looks like virtue signaling... with many idiots cheering that we are boycotting BRCC when we really don't have all the facts here.
"cancelling an individual citizen who needs to find a job/provide for his/her family"
And how many companies have been screeched at on Twitter and coerced into bending the knee to the left because they're to tuned into the Twitter echo chamber? Do we have a path for redemption for them?
The left also doxxes and harasses a person's loved ones.
And that needs to be a federal crime.
You expect to win a boxing match without throwing a punch.
No, it's more of a "pick your battles" and "no point in shooting members of your own army when all they're guilty of is trivial, frivolous stupidity". When it comes to fighting, that's done in the court, and dredging up evidence. So what are you doing in that regard to help the fight... or are you here to just post opinion thinking you're somehow contributing?
Did it ever occur to you in a war we need allies, and sometimes those allies aren't going to do everything we want them to?
Like in WWII, it made absolutely no sense to open another front with the USSR while Nazi Germany was still a thing.
