Both of these things are literally poison to your body and are completely unnecessary in terms of a person's physical wellbeing yet many people who have these habits have fallen for the covid scam. I'm genuinely scared for what's happened to the average person and it makes it hard to figure out where we go from here in terms of fixing the massive ignorance and gullibility of so many people.

I know that feel bro. But alcohol is only poisonous if consumed to excess. A little wine is a good anti biotic, and a hard liquor makes a great antiseptic.excessive consumption is where the damage is, and for different people it occurs at different levels. Cigarrettes however, there is no excuse. I really need to quit smoking.
