It does not change the situation and nor does it change what we may be able to contribute to the cause.

Arizona - 10500 Georgia - 13000 Wisconsin - 20500 Nevada - 33500 Pennsylvania - 51500 Michigan - 154500

These are the amounts Joe is leading in the states.

Now to win this needs to happen to enough votes:

1. Identify and remove enough illegal votes
2. Identify votes that votes logged that we not following the prescribed regulations
3. Show good reason why the ability to trust the information on the votes is so entirely compromised that it is not able to be made either way.

There are plenty of things that may be easily shown as affecting these tallies. Some examples are:

1. Dead Voters
2. Non-legal voters (felons, illegal aliens, etc)
3. Double Voters
4. Out of Staters or otherwise not residing there
5. Over counted states where the number of registered voters is less than those that voted.
6. Signature and/or ID not matching.
7. Ballots sent after Election day.

The bad news is that no one of these issues by itself is likely to flip a state under most circumstances BUT given how close the states are and given that these subsets can be stacked one on top of the other, these in combination may well do it. If not they will at least get us within stone's throw and have the suspicion there.

The other thing too, is the thoughts of such things like "We NEED Michigan" or "We NEED Pennsylvania" or "we NEED Georgia", are limiting. We don't. We DO need a pathway to 270 and how that is made up and by which states is neither here nor there.

Now the elephant in the room, Software from Dominion and Sidney Powell. It does not matter as much as the above. I always looked at what she was looking at as big big plays and same with Rudy's wanting to remove 100 000's of ballots done during the time that Republicans were locked out.

In both of these two instances, I figured that they were big plays. Maybe they work and maybe they don't. If they do HUGE payoff but they cannot be what we bet the house on.

From what I understand a lot of what Sidney has got is not 100% correct and to be frank it simply has to be or all of it falls apart. From what I understand from Rudy's remedy of throwing all those ballots all out, that is unlikely to fly because Judges will say "We are not going to disenfranchise all those voters".

I say if 1 - 7 are done this will likely WHEN cobbled together and verified MAY be enough to flip a few states and some amount of regulatory shortfalls such as Wisconsin apparently not approving of mail in ballots without special approval and other such issues which are inconsistent with the law or that may favour one county over another will close a few more gaps.

Then after that, maybe the bigger plays can come in,

I do not think that Sidney is wrong across the board I just think she needs to weed out the superfluous and bad information and I think Rudy should be open to different remedies that may be more palatable to the court and allow them to come up with a remedy that whilst needed is more in line with what they may offer.

I still say this is absolutely winnable and the noise around Dominion and unwatched ballots is an unnecessary distraction for us. I think the Trump team should consider them but I do not think that should necessarily be their nor our main focus.

We get the races tight enough in enough places and take away Joe's presume Lead until both parties are below 270 confirmed electoral votes with a few more states either flipped to Trump or uncertifiable by 14th December and I say that is our better avenue. Best Avenue I believe is if we can ACTUALLY flip Georgia, Wisconsin and Arizona given the narrow leads and with 1-7. This would (without relying on any other state get both parties to 269 tie.

They are desperate not to allow signature and ID checking because even given normal rejection rates that may well (probable) be likely to flip those states with the narrow leads.
