I do completely agree with you. People who haven't seen war are very keen to start it, but they have no fucking idea what it'd do here. The average grocery store has enough food in it to last for about 3 days without resupply. Millions would starve if there was a full scale war going on, and that's just in the United States. Factor in how crucially important the United States military is for enforcing peace around the globe, it would get really bad for everybody. Like piracy, basically isn't a thing anymore because of the US Navy but the navies of the other nations of the world are absolute fucking jokes. International shipping would fall to pieces really fast if pirates could operate with impunity.
That's not even scratching the surface. It'd be really fucking bad.
