You can't filter out the ballots that can't be certified so the entire batch they came in has to be tossed out. It nukes most the absentee ballots.

If you think for even one second that the GOP legislatures in the swing states have the balls to do this you are sorely mistaken... Even if the fraud was 100% obvious and provable those cucks are still going to sell out. This will be settled at the supreme court.

Personally I think even the certification is just another layer..

  1. Get recounts/prove fraud
  2. Non certification of results
  3. Supreme court rulings
  4. Arrests & Military tribunals as result of State of Emergency (2018)

If, as a result of #4, there is no-one left to elect, Trump wins by default as the Dem(on)s will all be in prison on charges of treason.

Everything we are seeing is ground-work for the revelations coming to the rest of the world later on.

Trumps legal team probably don't know for sure what else is going on, I don't doubt that Trump didn't leave this to chance and the possiblity of being let down by people he trusts.

Trust, but verify. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

The main issues for everyone else is that it will be less tumultuous if we get a result at #1, more tumultuous if we get the result from #4.

There are likely more scenario's than the one's I've listed, ymmv.

Cyphr 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is good. I was wondering if step #4 would sort of eliminate the need for the other 3 steps or not. Steps 1 through 3 are less disruptive, true, but step 4 needs to happen no matter what.

If that is the case, I am confused why the President doesn't just fire up step 4 right away... however, with all the rendition flights that have occurred since the election and are continuing non-stop, some are saying step 4 has already started, albeit quietly.

The increased military activity does suggest something else is happening behind the scenes, however the timing of everything is crucial.

Trump needs to be mindful of how things look as well. It's no good getting another 4 years if everyone in government is acting against him, he won't get anything done.

However, if it's all justified and lots of people are behind him (i.e. when all the info-wars stuff pans out) then he will be able to move mountains and the US will truly get it's second wind.

It's what I pray for anyway.

I don't doubt that Trump didn't leave this to chance and the possibility of being let down by people he trusts.

That's a triple negative and two qualifiers. I have no idea what that sentence means. I could reduce it to Boolean algebra but I won't because even that might not help.

What are you trying to say ?

1
TheWatcherWhoWatches 1 point ago +1 / -0

Now you've got me wondering :)

Re-word: Trump isn't going to put all his trust in one solution, he's going to have many options on the go - and not everyone involved in those solutions is going to be fully aware of what's going on in the other 'cells' so to speak.

2
RallyinStJohnsWood 2 points ago +2 / -0

Trump is

n't going to put all his trust in one solution, he's

going to have many options on the go - and

not

everyone involved in those solutions is going to be fully aware

ONLY of what's going on in

the other

THEIR 'cells'

so to speak.

Too many words, and unnecessary twists and turns in your sentence structure, will prevent people from getting your message.

MAGA on, fren

On Dan Bongino's podcast with Jenna and Rudy, they said that the state legislatures are on their side. Of course, it might have been posturing.

TeaPartySon 1 point ago +2 / -1

The State Legislature must vote what they are and as of last count it was 28 R to 22 D and has improved since....this is not arguable.

2
RedFemmeRedemption 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thanks. I’m gonna check them out.

Whether in state legislatures or the US house, I don't trust Republicans to do what's right.

They will be offered money and guaranteed election victories for life if they side with Biden. That's if they can't be bought cheaper through blackmail or extortion.

4
HEXEN 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'll still claim this is a shit tactic, even if he turns out to be right.

You don't give your enemy ammunition like this, especially with something so important and contested. At the very least, it just ebbs their mantra of crap.

There is zero chance the legislators go against what the votes were. If that is the goal then it's over already. Unless they can prove out right fraud then maybe they have a chance but the way you laid it out we lose.

it's not what they are they must vote by state. 1 vote per state Party has nothing to do with it. Our system wasn't founded on parties. Just because we control more states doesn't mean we win they could still vote Biden and be republican.

1
TeaPartySon 1 point ago +1 / -0

They must vote by state legislature it was made this way so the congress has no input just the states.

1
zomebieclownfish 1 point ago +1 / -0

I thought there were two possibilities - 1. A given state's election is fraudulent so the state legislature decides how to allocate that state's electoral votes instead of using election results. Or 2, no candidate reaches 270 due to states not certifying their votes, therefore the US House votes, 1 vote per state.

If it goes to State Legislators, which has a legitimate possibility, we win. Not sure where you're getting your information but we hold the majority of party control in each house of the state legislation in every swing state. Here you go...

Arizona - https://ballotpedia.org/Party_control_of_Arizona_state_government

Michigan - https://ballotpedia.org/Party_control_of_Michigan_state_government

Wisconsin - https://ballotpedia.org/Party_control_of_Wisconsin_state_government

I was talking about our legislators 1 vote per state. We currently have more R states than D represented. But there would most likely be a few who voted for Biden to not buck the system. Is what I was getting at. I don't trust them to do the right thing at all. I think I misread this thing if we are talking about actual state legislators.

Read this article and tell me this strategy will work in Michigan: https://upnorthlive.com/news/local/michigan-leader-trump-didnt-ask-for-election-interference

I'm absolutely disgusted by the stance Chatfield and Upton are taking on this. The fraud couldn't be more obvious, but it sounds like they intend to ignore it.

That's a quick way for them to have a bunch of pissed of Patriots outside their homes threatening violence on Minecraft.

I am not very confidant that those state legislatures will give those votes to Trump. Just don’t have a good feeling about it.

1
GoingCamaro 1 point ago +2 / -1

My bet is he wants this to go to the Supreme Court exposing all the corruption along the way.

2
Jabron661 2 points ago +2 / -0

We keep forgetting that it does not really matter if corruption is exposed, its been exposed time and time again for the last four years.

The media will not cover it and if they do, it will only to spin it as some far right conspiracy that lacks hard evidence.

If the supreme court sides with Trump and grants him constitutional relief, in turn handing him the electoral college. the media will tell everyone who still listens to them that the court gave Trump a biased decision that was not based on fact and there was no real evidence.

This will fire up the left and can you imagine the shit storm that will be unleashed then?

Its going to be ugly no matter what happens, but exposing corruption is not going to be the magic bullet, remember just a few weeks ago, all the gross and shocking Hunter Biden evidence was spilled out for the world to see and it barely made a ripple, this will be no different.

GA certification will be blocked. It’s coming out today or tomorrow. Lin Wood & Sidney Powell were just waiting for them to certify what they obviously know and have irrefutable evidence of.

1
koyima 1 point ago +1 / -0

It is part of the plan to be active and thrust all their fraud in their face

1
Bubbahax 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think the Supreme Court is going to have no choice but to conclude that they cannot find the actual vote count and send the entire election to the House.

1
CALI_MAGA_MAMA 1 point ago +1 / -0

The minor happenings are still very important. The normies need to see thousands of instances, overwhelming evidence, of voter fraud so they can understand what's happened to our country. It also allows us to prove who the baddies are so we can lock em up.

1
TeaPartySon 1 point ago +1 / -0

Touche'

1
sleepingbeautyc 1 point ago +1 / -0

In order to use this strategy, he needs the public to believe that the votes are fraudulent. It is not good enough just to win in the court of law, he must also win in the court of public opinion.

And there is no guarantee that SCOTUS's remedy will be sent to the legislature. So it might be the end game but he needs the lawsuits to create doubt in the results as well.
