I wouldn't worry about that too much. Typically if you're involved in a legal case you'll end up signing an NDA and be instructed to remain quiet about the details of the case. That's to protect confidentially and to keep your opponents from gaining any advantage. You wouldn't show your opponent the cards you're holding in a poker game, after all.

I’ve been teaching at a University for a long, long time, in both the Social Sciences and the Humanities, and I can assure you, that “Psychology and English Lit” means essentially, “Rabid Leftist Weirdo who wrote his senior thesis on something stupid like “Domestic Violence and the Phenomenon of Eminem,” or “Grandma’s Burden: Semiotics on the Intersection of Gender, Aging, and Whiteness in “Mama’s Family.””
Very, very few few of these Lit people are studying Tennyson, just like very, very few psychologists are doing any meaningful work.
It’s completely warranted to assume that fool is totally incompetent at anything CS related. It’s not 100% certain, but it’s more likely than not.
