He is being sarcastic to make the debooonkers admit how utterly insecure the system is.
He also gives a wink-face reply when someone says: “There should be a sarcasm font on here.”
I get that he was subtle, but did you seriously think someone with his bona fides 1) would not know this, 2) would ask his hundreds of thousands of followers such a basic question if he didn’t know?
