There are good parts of Agile, but I can't stand the whole 'everybody needs to be communicating with everyone else while trying to stamp out bugs and push commits for regression testing' bullshit. Just let me do my fucking job and leave me the fuck alone.
Gotta get them daily stand ups though so everyone feels important. That shit isn't a total waste of time at all.
