There is the academic usefulness, but the difficulty is in enforceable remedy. Why would any Judge decide against their Employer? Logic dictates they most likely will not, and through legal tricks, most do hard time, or lose assets.

That's the Legal reality, unless you hold the Land Patent, or Alloidial Title. It can be done.
