This is excellent. But, let's go further. The eligible ID removal should be of your "registered voter status" completely. You should be required to re-register in-person for every election. And death records should automatically remove you from the voter list.
There should be cameras pointed at every ballot counter
And live streamed for anyone to tune in to at any time.
All ballots being opened and counted should be done with a video camera over head.
The recordings should be made available to all political parties.
If a political party wants to challenge the vote count, they can spend their own money to have a team run analysis of the video recordings.
Mobsters protect the money in casinos and protect the fraud vote in elections. They are not going to document their crimes.
